Q) Where do I find service activities and how can I stay updated?

A) Everything is on our Facebook page! Additionally, you can check out the activities calendar on our website if you want to get a sense of when acts will be taking place. After signing up on the activity's designated Google form, be on the lookout for board members creating Messenger group chats! These will provide you with useful information as to what to do and where to go on the day of the event.

Q) How do I become active in this club?

A) In order to become an active member, you need at least 4 activities OR at least 10 hours (this is for one semester). If you attend 75% of our Wednesday meetings, you'll also receive half an act at the end of the semester!

Q)What if I need to cancel an activity/arrive late?

A) If you have to cancel an activity, you need to do so at least 24 hours in advance or be deducted half an act. If you show up late, there is a possibility that the time you missed could be deducted from your total hours. Getting there 5-20 minutes within the specified start time is recommended, unless you are directed by a board member to arrive early for set-up.

Q) I attended an event this year but did not receive any hours/acts. What do I do?

A) Contact an officer, preferably the board member who led that event or our club secretary! We'll try to look into it and fix it for you ASAP.

Q) What is my stamp card for?

A) Certain meetings throughout the year as well as some service activities are stamped, meaning you can earn stamps for being present and receive a prize if you manage to fill up your entire card!

Q) What is Meet the Interactor and how can I participate?

A) Meet the Interactor is a Facebook page where we showcase the members of our club! All you need to do is answer a few fun questions, show up for a quick photo, and...you're done! Keep an eye out for new message requests from our media directors.

Q) How is the Interactor of the Month chosen?

A) The Interactor of the Month is a member whom we feel has been extra passionate about our cause and thus deserves recognition! We love it when our members are active, and you can earn more acts by consistently attending service activities. However, going to club bondings and large-scale events like FLC are also big, big plus points. Keep on swimming and embodying our motto of "service above self!" You never know what'll happen.
