Fall Leadership Conference, or FLC, is Interact District 5170’s biggest and most iconic district event of the year. High school students from all around the District (which encompasses Alameda to Santa Cruz to Dublin to San Jose) come together for one historic, spirited, and inspirational day. Through speakers and workshops, Interactors gain leadership skills and knowledge which deepen their passion for service.

Attending FLC is a great opportunity to further your understanding of how you can help others around you and gain insight on some of the measures others are taking to better their community. Another perk? Being able to meet other spirited Interactors from all across the Bay Area! Every year, around 4,000 people come to the Independence High School gym to celebrate hope, change, and most importantly, service above self.
